Instructions for accepted ORAL presentations

Each presentation will be allowed 10 minutes including questions. To meet this limit, please prepare a 8 minute presentation, to allow 2 minutes for questions. . Please also see technical instructions further down on this page.

Presentation details 
The details of the presentation (date, time) will be visible in the final program once finalized (see headline Program). Presentations are scheduled from Wednesday to Friday, during the Free Paper sessions.

Instructions for accepted POSTER presentations

• Your poster should be in portrait format, and should not exceed size A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
• Please mount your poster on Wednesday at 10.30 at the latest. Your poster should be on display until at least Friday at 16.00. Poster area location will be announced closer to the congress start.

Presentation details 

You can choose to be at your poster during the poster session on Wednesday or Thursday at 12.15 – 13.00. All poster presenters are required to be at their posters on Friday at 12.15 – 13.00.

Registration
If you haven’t already registered for the conference, you are expected to confirm your participation by registering by 19 August 2026 (also early bird deadline). In case we haven’t received your registration by this date, your presentation may be removed from the conference program.

Please find below important information about your presentation and the technical equipment available during the congress.

Oral Presentations

Preparations before and during the congress

• Please check the NOK 2026 programme for the day, time and session room of your presentation.
• If you are using a PowerPoint (ppt) presentation, please bring it on a USB flash drive and upload it in the Speaker Room (R4) upon arrival.

Name your presentation file with the day, time and presentation title.

• Please make sure to visit the Speaker Room (R4) at the latest during the break before your session starts.
• A technician will be available in the session room to assist you with any technical issues.
• Please note that there is no possibility to participate remotely.

Technical equipment in the session rooms

• You can find pictures and information about the session rooms on the Gothia Towers website (congress venue).
• All session rooms are equipped with headset microphones.
• Your PowerPoint presentation should be in 16:9 format.
• Questions from the audience may be submitted through the congress app, allowing the session chair to select and read them during the session.

Speaker room R4 opening hours

• Wednesday- Friday: 07.30-16:30
• Saturday: 07.30-12.00

Should you, unexpectedly, become unable to attend at short notice, please contact the secretariat as soon as possible.
