Reviewing is in process and we will soon send out the acceptance letters. This page will be updated once the acceptance letters are all sent out.

Key dates

• Abstract submission deadline: 20 July
• Abstract acceptance notifications: Beginning of August
• Early bird registration: 12 August

Some pointers

• After creating your abstract, make sure to submit it. You can log in and change the abstract until you have submitted it.
• First week of August, keep a lookout for notifications in your e-mail.
• In the notification, you will have acceptance (or not accepted) and will be asked two responses:
  1. To confirm that you want to make the presentation (a button in the e-mail message).
  2. To register your attendance in the congress (link on the website under “Registration” (if you have not already registered).
