Trains, trams and buses

Gothenburg is a hub for train traffic, and you can easily reach the city from other major cities in Sweden by train. From Central Station or Liseberg Södra train station, walk to Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers or hop on one of the trams that go to Korsvägen.

As a passenger on a tram or bus in central Gothenburg, you can simply show your payment card to the card reader on the tram without entering your PIN. When the card reader lights up green, your purchase is complete. Timetables for local transport and ticket information can be found at vasttrafik.se.

By car

If you are transporting goods or need to take your car to Gothenburg from the E6/E20 (from the north) and road 45 (from Karlstad): Upon arrival in Gothenburg, turn off at the sign for ‘Mässan Scandinavium Liseberg’. Take the first exit on the left, turn right onto Örgrytevägen and then take the next exit on the right towards Svenska Mässan.

E6/E20 (from the south) and road 40 (from Borås): When arriving in Gothenburg, turn off at the sign for ‘Mässan Scandinavium Liseberg’. Take the second exit on the right towards the hotel.

Parking is available near the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre along the street and in several parking garages. Use Göteborg Parkerings parking tool to find the nearest parking space.

Flights and airport buses

If you are arriving in Gothenburg by plane, we recommend taking the airport bus to our location. The journey to Korsvägen takes no more than 20 minutes and is both a quick and more climate-friendly alternative to a taxi. Don’t forget to offset your travel emissions.
